I'm mostly concerned with the PC releases since I wouldn't play them on anything else with a PC release. I'd probably double dip for games I really enjoy though on PS3/4 or Vita.

Yeah, I guess I misread Steam where it lists "Release Date: Aug 9, 2013".
Ever since finishing 999 and the Steins;Gate anime, I've definitely taken an interest in experiencing more Visual Novels.

I had no idea Cyberfront died, I searched for Ever17 on Vita's store just now and there were 0 results. I fortunately bought it two years ago, so I can download it whenever I want.

I must have misread the survey because I don't remember seeing Vita mentioned only mobile which I interpreted as iOS/Android and don't care for at all. It's possible I skipped the question as soon as I read the word mobile... I probably voted against something I would actually want, oh well.

I did the same. I said yes for consoles but no for mobile, but what I meant was that I want a Vita version and don't really care about Android/iOS.

Mayyyyybe on a tablet. I played a VN on my phone once and it wasn't that great an experience. I don't have nor do I plan to get a tablet, though.

I really don't like doing much on my phone besides make calls and browse the internet while I'm on the bus so the games I have bought kinda just sit on the SD card.

I honestly don't know. Only own two VNs, Shuffle! and Steins;Gate, because I liked the anime and wanted to see the differences between the mediums. I simply would like to own anything reasonably possible with ABe's art.

yeah same...I put max interest for console (which I consider Vita to be) and totally not interested for mobile (which to me equals a phone), so I hope i didn't accidentally misinput my preferences.

Technically, Phenomeno is freeware and there's an English patch available, so there's not a very pressing need for localization. It would be nice if there was a version out that didn't require patching (and Japanese locale), I suppose.
And come to think of it, didn't Aksys's visual novel survey a few months ago have the same lack of distinction between console, mobile, and handhelds?
I'm another who thought mobile = iOS/Android and don't have much interest in that, but would love Vita support (I even added more to my WEE kickstarter pledge to get the Vita version).

Yeah, I've heard the same... I think being a little less greedy can go a long way for them.
Yeah that's pretty much what I did. I should've highlighted Vita somewhere, but I meant consoles/handhelds as a whole, with mobile being photos as iOS/Android specific.
Preferences:
1. iOS | Vita | 3DS - I like my text heavy games to be portable so I can treat it like a book.
2. PC/MAC - Already the home of VNs, so I probably don't need a reason why this is #2.
3. Wii U - Tablet screen gives you more flexibility to play.
I wouldn't play a VN anywhere else.

I can understand this. Yet another reason Calc84 is right about a Tablet being the perfect fit instead of a phone when I mentioned mobile gaming.

Oh very nice! I am glad Key is still interested in the project. I know quite a few people including myself are very interested in an Angel Beats VN. I really hope the project is pushed!

Our next survey we'll make sure we have proper segmentation between what is considered console and mobile.
