Monster Madness is back! Every year James Rolfe (the AVGN) spends October reviewing horror movies. This time (for its 8th year) he's doing one a day, without any particular theme!

I hope he does Frankenstein Conquers The World in this one. He mentioned it during the King Kong video, but the actual Frankenstein Conquers movie itself is fantastic.
 
I marathoned most of these and all the Godzilla ones he did! So good but won't he run out of horror movies? Felt like he's covered everything!
 
One of the best things about October. Kinda happy there's no theme this year, sticking to one theme was getting a bit stale near the end of it all.

No way! It's crazy how many horror flicks are out there! He's covered stuff I've never heard of until he reviewed it like The Brain and Spookies, and there's still movies I'd like to see James cover like The Beyond, Goke: Body Snatcher From Hell or The Devil's Rain.
 
My favorite year was the Godzilla ones because they are quite funny to review. I enjoyed his commentary on them the most.
 
Love this! James does an amazing job each year.

I started re watching them last night to get prepared. I expect him to hit some of the big ones he missed over the years, as well as some pretty obscure ones...maybe even a few modern ones.
 
Cool to see that there's no restrictions this year. These are always interesting, despite not being a huge horror fan. Godzillathon was awesome.
 
I've watched this ever since the first one, I may not really keep up with AVGN but I look forward to this every year. Especially when he gets to the 80s.
 
Glad he's not sticking to a theme this year, we should see some really interesting stuff now.

Hopefully he's not as spoilery though. I hate when he just flat out shows the ending of the movie.
 
I love these vids. My wife pretty much hates horror movies, but she'll watch every single one of these with me. They're great at pointing out a lot of reasons why you should respect and enjoy the genre.
 
Sweet! Can't want to see what he comes up with. Hopefully Hellraiser gets some love this year. I think he mentioned it in a video showing his movie collection once but that was about it.
 
I remember I used to love these but I don't think I have seen any past the Godzilla one. I'm probably going to marathon through the ones I missed now.
