Sounds great! I'm not sure I can make it, depends on the day. But let's do this finally.

Second week of March is a bit tight for me. I'm good for the 4th (Sunday) or the 9th (Friday) if the second week is solidified.

Korean BBQ seems like an easy meet-up, but I think I've seen either one or two people on the Toronto-Age OT say it's not their cup of tea.

Maybe you should bring up some of the previously discussed locations, Kraft. I might attend, but it depends where / when, and my schedule varies a lot day to day. I'll even just pop in if I can. ;)

Wha? Where in T.O. does this exist?

Pretty close to Roncesvalles in Parkdale, on Queen St. It'd be a great location for me, although it's less about food than some people may care for. There's plenty of good eating spots in the area, including my favorite Sushi place in the city (Sushi 67), the decent Stampede Bison Grill
, and a slew of Indian, Tibetan and some new Italian places.

Pinball Cafe seems a bit small, but I guess it depends on what the expected number is. There's a dozen lovely coffee shops in the area which may have slightly larger and still relaxed atmosphere
Big Guy's Coffee Shop just down the street is great for pulling up a table and chatting, but the coffee is pretty so-so

We should go to that trampoline park in Mississauga

It won't be awkward when we're all bouncing!

No time or place yet? 2nd weekend of March? Does that mean Friday, Saturday or Sunday?

I'm 99% sure I can't go. Way too much stuff this month.

I might be able to come, I am American though so i guess I am crashing... but I am also Canadian so tis all good.

I dunno if I will be drinking though, not allowed to consume any alcohol or play any sports until my spleen and liver get back to normal post-mono!

I'll say that meeting at a coffee shop, or place like Pinball Cafe is a good idea. Everyone can meetup, and they're not expected to unload a bunch of cash on food, or eat some place they're not comfortable, or spend a great deal of time if they can only drop in for a few minutes. I think it makes the meet up a bit more inclusive, and hopefully encourages more people to show up. After meeting and sitting at a cafe for a bit, people can venture out for food and drinks.

And speaking of which, there are a lot of great places to dine on both ends of the city. But if we have equal numbers coming from east of the DVP and west of Dufferin'ish, I think a downtown location on the subway line is probably most reasonable. I always like Korean BBQ for big meetups, and keep in mind, those that hate the thought of all you can eat Korean BBQ can order prepared dishes like bibm bahb. And if we eat at the Yonge & Bloor location (my preferred Korean Grillhouse locations, given that I've been to all the ones in the core), we can first meetup at the Second Cup, conveniently next to Game Centre.

I know people hate it a lot now for being trendy and not a cheap eats location for Ryerson students anymore, but I think Salad King makes a decent location as well. They have a lot of good seating options, the prices are still decent, and it's in a good location. You guys might agree on a higher price range, but I think keeping it in the $30 per person range (maximum) opens it up to a lot more people.

MMMMMMMMsogood.

I'm coming from Pickering/Ajax, so I'd prefer a downtown location. But I wouldn't mind going a bit more westward if that's the majority rule. Also depends on when we're doing this.

Voting for the 9th. It was a day a lot of people liked in the main toronto thread and we really need start being decisive about this if it is ever going to happen.

New plan: everyone who wants to go says they'll go unequivocally and if they don't show up they get banned. No exceptions.
