but BB has two different types of warrenty plans. When my Ipod Shuffle broke i had to send it in to be "evaluated" or some shit, and when they found that it was really broken/not fixable, they sent me a gift card so i could buy a new one. I remember bringing this up when the guy was selling me on the plan and he, again, brought up how much easier this is "all you do is bring it in and they exchange it for a new one". IIRC the paperwork that comes with the PRP was different from the Shuffle one too. I'll have to dig them up to make sure. BB is full of shit on this one.
