EA to announce new games tomorrow

Seven games in total, with one being from EA Sports. Sorry if it was already reported.

We know something "far reaching" for Mass Effect is launching in Q1 of 2011, so now seems like the time to announce it. Also I wouldn't be surprised if there was a Tim Schafer game there as well.

Battlefield 1943 PC Version (includes 3 new European Front maps [addon maps are $4.99 400MSP on console])

Road Rash Anthology HD Remix (also includes Skitchin')

Mutant League Sports (includes Football, Hockey, Basketball, Baseball and American Football, all sold seperately like Hasbro Family Game Night)

SNOW- game in the vein of SSX, but with snowmobiles, luges, sleds and skis in addition to snowboards

Immortal - a retelling of The Immortal

That's what I'm thinking. More Mass Effect anything, please.

Also I'd like to see an announcement of Mirror's Edge 2 and a reveal of just about every EA Partners title.

I agree, I hope the single player campaign is longer in the sequel, although some would disagree and say the main meat of the game is in the time trials.



Also, people, stop hoping for Mass Effect 3, we all know it's coming anyway, you'll just jinx the better ME of this generation ):

OK we have 4 games out of the 7 so far.


1. Fight Night Champion
2. Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning (game form Big Huge Games/38 Studios)
3. Darkspore (A new Spore game from Maxis)
4. A new Sims 3 expansion pack --> some members of big Sims fansites were invited


So 3 to go

Probably
- Deathspank PC version
- Syndicate / Battlefield or something similar
- some Facebook game based on the Godfather franchise which they trademarked somedays ago

Hasn't there been a rumour or even an announcement floating around for a new Syndicate?

What I wish for and ultimately need:


- Battlefield 3 (PC exclusive, so I'm forced to kick my 6 year old PC into the trashcan)

- Mirror's Edge 2 (because it was awesome and less guns please)

- SSX (because I haven't touched any snowboard game since SSX Tricky and Amped)

- New Desert Strike (because there are no more heli games and it would fit nicely in PSN or XboxLive)

- Projectyle HD for PSN XboxLive http://amr.abime.net/review_14994

Chances that any of those will be revealed soon: 3 %
 
They already announced BF3 (exclusive to PC) so its not going to be that.

I hope for RockBand Unplugged 2 but that is not going to happen at all.
 
I don't get why they announce stuff during convention season outside of the expos. They spend millions of dollars on those, why not spice them up and announce/show a trailer there.
 
All I want out of EA at this point is the Suda/Mikami/Yamaoka game. As long as they don't show it, everything that they show is "cool but I wish it was ..."

Except for Mass Effect 3 of course.

They did not really announce it, they just let us know it is in the works. And that "PC exclusive" was kind of vague as far as I remember.

Uh, they canned this game in March. On the other hand, Syndicate's been in development for nearly three years now, so I can't imagine the announcement is all that far off.
