Let's imagine this... a rich man offers you $299 for your current NeoGAF account. Under one condition: You cannot make a new one in the future.

Would you do it? I wouldn't. That's for sure.
 
If he's really a rich man I'd be stupid to not push for more then $300. This man obviously has no grasp on how much things are worth if he's offering me hundreds of dollars for a forum account.
 
Yeah, probably, I just assume after watching some elaborated official threads for games that its already going on.

If someone came up to me right now I probably would because I'm in some debt atm and have no real income. I'd regret it later I'm sure.

A neogaf account is priceless. Honestly though it provides me more enjoyment than any amount of money would. I would only consider it if it was a large enough of an amount to make a significant difference altruistically.

The fuck? Yes I would. I have no real ties to NeoGAF aside from that I enjoy posting on here. The account itself is not inherently worth anything.

That said, who's dumb enough to buy this when everyone on the planet can just sign up and get an account? It's not like blame space's or (insert GAF celebrity)'s posts are held in a higher regard compared to someone elses because of the name and avatar. It's the man behind the keyboard that's doing the work.
 
Fuck no. Gaf is one of the ways I survive village life. Without Gaf, I would get so bored and never hear about entertainment news either.
