Looks cool. Would like to get a GAF team together and throw the other Links into the lava and off the edge all the time.

I didn't expect Nintendo to have my favorite announcement of E3, but here we are.

My girlfriend and I both loved A Link Between Worlds, so this is one of those rare games we'll actually be able to play together (she's not a big gamer). She's already told me she'll be buying her own 3DS for this.

I'm surprised there isn't more hype for this. Four Swords was awesome. It's one less sword, but it Triforce heroes still looks awesome.

edit: oh, there's another thread open.

I wish they at least made this cross compatible with a Wii U version, something to like mix it up a bit.

Either way it definitely looks fun. Hope it'll work well with 2 players.

Best line was about how the Totem pole was too tall with 4 so they made it for 3..

It's like one of those sad lines you hear from Fox news..it's just such BS but they say it anyways.

People give Assassin's Creed and Call of Duty shit for being annual cash-grabs but this year's annual AC and CoD look a lot better than this years annual Zelda.

And as a diehard Zelda fan, I can't believe I'm saying that. Both in terms of quality and the fact that Zelda has clearly been annualised.

I'm drowning in disappointment from the Digital Event, but come on man, this is a harmless spinoff.

I get that opinion, and it's a fair one, but we're drowning in Zelda games and for Nintendo's big blockbuster franchise I don't think that's a good thing to begin with. When we start adding shite spinoffs like this into the mix then I think overexposure becomes a huge problem.

I also just don't think that Zelda should be a multiplayer series. Never liked any of the multiplayer Zelda games and I'm always disappointed when they go in that direction.

I guess what I'm saying is that the ratio of essential, legendary releases vs re-releases, spinoffs and noise has changed utterly in this series and I don't think it's for the better.

Considering the last mainline Zelda game came out in 2013 and the next will be on 2016 at the earliest, it isn't being annualized.

Not really. We're drowning in Mario & Pokemon more than we are in Zelda. I do not count the port remasters of MM and OoT.

You can always ignore it. It looks like a fun little tide over until Zelda Wii U is announced.

He isn't talking about just mainline games though. With this release we'll have had 5 Zelda games from 2013-2015.

So...there's a Leopard-pattern cat suit you can wear in this game.

Really loving the dress-up mechanic, and interested in seeing how far it goes. Will the enemies dress up as well?

Four Swords Anniversary was fun, so I'm excited for this. Light-hearted and quirky Zelda games are a nice thing to see, and I like the idea of co-op multiplayer.
