Norn9 trailer

Day one! Really loving that Code:Realize boxart in particular.

So happy all these awesome otoge are being localized :D Two weeks is certainly enough time to finish C:R before Norn9 comes out, so that's nice.

I just can't find enough ways to express how much I love my Vita. Or us getting more and more games that remind me of walking down the otome isles of Japanese electronics stores.

Sweet! I think I read somewhere that they were both to be released in November. I'll get both but Code: Realize seems the most appealing to me at the moment.
Love the covers. Shame Europe won't get a physical version, but I'm so happy it's still released anyway.

For those interested in Code Realize, the download size is 3.3GB. It's one of those cases where going physical is a better choice.

Picking up Code Realize, but it's gonna be a while before I can get to it given the number of games on my plate, most of Steins:Gate included. Still looking forward to it, though.

Yeah, I wonder how big is Norn9 after all.

I don't know, some Vita games are big just because. I'll let you know if that's the reason behind or if there are other things when I get further in the game.

Given the amount of routes, I'm not sure if the game will be huge (both size and time wise) or 'normal' and/or with the routes being underdeveloped and short D:.

That sounds about normal for otome games for the Vita. I love the convenience (and cheapness) of going digital, but my card is almost full so I'm going physical.

Edit: There's going to be a contest tomorrow for Code: Realize codes.

2.6gb if nothing changes from the jp release.
Wow, I expected Norn9 to be the bigger game.

So, between these two and Amnesia, which of the three games would you guys and girls recommend?

Since two out of the three are yet to be released, I don't think you'll get a lot of recommendations, but I've read from a few people that Code Realize is the best.

Does Code Realize have any DLC at all?

Looks interesting, but as it's digital only in the EU and both my 32GB and 64GB cards are low on space, I might import a physical copy from NA if there's no extra content to worry about.

Well, Vita games actually don't get any bigger than 3.3GB without patches.

Didn't know that, makes the PSN store error saying that Hatoful is 4gb a bit funnier. But I meant that I thought that Norn9 had more content than Code: Realize.

Code: Realize is supposed to have the best story, but it's apparently a bit lacking in the romance.

You should be safe.

I haven't seen much in the way of impressions of these. What VN quality tier are they in?
Like a 999/Steins;Gate/Muv-Luv Alternative level of quality or more of a Tokyo Twilight Ghost Hunters/Lux-Pain deal?

No additional download other than the game, no patches. Just the 3.3GB download size and you're good to go. The opening is stunning, really polished. This may be Aksys highest-profile otome title to date.

The boys in Norn9 look more my type, so that's the one I'm getting
We are SO CLOSE to getting an actual BL game at this point, right?

We're progressive, but not *that* progressive, much to my dismise. I think Dramatical Murder would be a great title for Aksys to localize, but I just don't see it happening.

I just got through the prologue and chapter 1 last night, I can answer a few questions if anybody has one. A few notes: OST is the best I've heard from an otome game so far, the story is engrossing and the mystery is real.
