I'm pretty sure I met the requirements. You just have to have played the UE between release and first of December right? I've put about 60 hours into it, done 2 campaign runs on insane, played a ton of MP and I still haven't got them. Not sure if I'm the only one or not. A friend of mine got his about a week ago and is playing now. Anyone else?

I have played the game for few hours last week and still haven't received the codes. I've got to say it is a really backward way of doing things by Microsoft.

Fired up the game today after getting it for $15 from the Microsoft Store on Black Friday. Gears 1 is the only one I've ever played, so hopefully they get them out soon.

I rented this from Gamefly on release and played only 1 match of MP before I returned it. They still sent me the codes last week which I did not expect since I barely played about 10 minutes total. Hope you guys get your codes soon.

I have not either. I think the way they are going about handling it is very silly. Nobody has any clue when the emails with the codes are going to go out and such. I just beat Gears 1 Ultimate and never got to play Gears 2-3 or Judgement, so it would be cool if I knew when I'd be able to play them -__-

I have achievements to prove that I played it day one. Still nothing

I'm not sure what the logic behind these waves are but being there day one doesn't seem to have made a difference

You should contact Xbox Support about it. I received my codes last month for them. May also be they are being sent out in waves.

Now that you mention it, I have Gears of War: Judgement automatically in my install list despite never owning or playing it, but don't have the games I've actually owned and played, Gears 1,2 and 3! How very odd.

Judgment is the only one i'm actually looking forward to. I already have a remastered version of 1 and I've downloaded GOW3 thanks to picking it up through GwG a few months back. Gears 2 would be nice to have but it's my least favorite of the 3. And GOWJ came out at a time when i didnt have a 360, so I haven't played a second of it.

I preordered digitally in July and played on release, why the fuck have others who bought the game much later already received their codes already? It's a fucking awful system, and hearing it can take until January to actually receive the codes makes it even worse. I don't get why it needs to be sent in waves.

To anyone who have not gotten their codes. You need to go to the forums and create a thread, letting them know that you haven't received anything yet. You should also not bump your thread more than once a day.

That's basically what Xbox Support will tell you.

Also, they are sending the codes out in waves, and the next one is toward the end of this week.

What is the logic behind the rollout? It seems that some have their codes but they played it well after launch yet many launch players are still waiting for their codes. I was just wondering, it doesn't seem to be rolling out in a sensible way from where lots of day one players stand.

You do realize the codes are not just for GoW1, right? 2, 3, and Judgement are included in that.

If you had a connection online with a Xbox Live Silver or Gold account on day one and still don't have your codes, you should post in the Xbox CS forums that were mentioned earlier in this thread.

They can look into it and get back to you in 72 hours.

The waves are done as we will be checking on regular cadence on who has played before the end of the year.

You can play SP... just make sure you are online (with Xbox Live Silver or Gold) as you need to connect to services for us to see you played.

That's what I was looking for, thanks. I got my digital copy on Black Friday, so I'm not expecting them yet. Just making sure my Dad wouldn't need to play MP when he gets his copy at Christmas.

I did, and I got my thread closed with a generic response that can be summed up as "please be patient."

Seems that whole forum is flooded with requests for their download tokens so it appears something has gone wrong with the messaging regarding when to expect the download tokens
