So what genre is this game? I assume it isn't an RPG because the spin-offs usually aren't.
I was hoping for Bad Apple Wars. Oh well.
Is that one of their otome games? They still license those out to Aksys, so if it is one then hope's not lost. They do very well for Aksys, after all!

Also, not surprised to see this one make it over. Where's the Sega Hard Girls crossover though?
An otome game with good art and killer music. Idea Factory International has published their own otome games with Amnesia. And after Norn9's problematic localization, I'd rather Aksys not localize any games I care about until they show signs of changing.
The Neptunia games sell ridiculously well. Which saddens me on many, many levels.
The only Neptunia that was really bad was the very first one, they've improved dramatically since, and the rebirths are legitimately good games. CJ just has a silly grudge against Idea Factory games.Hey I liked the first Re;Birth for what it was, can't vouch for the others (mostly because the gameplay is the same and I don't feel like it without a good price tag), but yea.

That one just came out in Japan like last week, so they will probably wait until V-II/Blanc are out before announcing the localization.

You know how Disgaea did so well for Atlus that NISA was made as a result? Neptunia did so good for NISA that now we have Idea Factory International.

They've gone from being awful to mediocre. They still have yet to make a legitimately good game.

Weren't you the one to admit having never played the newer games in the franchise and just bashing it because reasons ?
Not even if I was paid to.
At best it's like 'well they're not awful now!'. Eff that, I have better games to play with my time.
I'm a pretty vocal opponent of IF. I tend to avoid the OTs, though. If people enjoy them, more power to them, but I'll always try to warn the unfamiliar.
