The Walking Dead: Michonne [extended 6 minute preview]

Watched the first couple minutes, looks good. I don't want to be spoiled on anymore since I'm gonna buy it

Looks like a Walking Dead game. I'm down for a Michonne mini-series. Hopefully the quicktime event sequences won't be as long as that.
 
Damn that was action packed. I definitely tried to swipe on my iPhone when that first zombie showed up. Scared me and I thought I was playing. Lol.
 
As pumped as I am for this game, the last thing I want to do is what six minutes of it that, which in doing so lessens its impact. Weird marketing ploy imo.

It's one of those rare times that Let's Plays early aren't a good thing.

It's not a let's play. It's basically a 6 minute gameplay trailer which nearly everyone does.
 
I'm going to get it, loved the past ones. I just can't justify paying full price for these out the gate though. With them being episodic and usually getting a deep discount before the last episode even comes out I can wait. I still have GoT and Tales from Borderland to play anyways.
 
I wish Telltale would improve their engine or use another engine. Current engine feels outdated to me. Otherwise this looks good

it's like, they are using their own engine and add some pieces everytime they release a game, just like the source engine, but someday they will run at the end of it's power
 
Is their engine really the problem? IMO their developers are spread too thin, they port to almost all the platforms.
 
Apparently, there are far too many fighting-QTE for my liking. Maybe it is just that I am not used to watching TWD and it will be different when I will have the gamepad in hands, I don't know...
