Can't remember if there was a thread about the series' music in the past few months but I was listening to the OST of the games and you gotta admit they had something of a different vibe to what other platformerss had before it, for example-

Edit: Oooh had forgotten about CB2's N.Brio Theme that we couldn't really listen to in the game. It's extremely odd and a great call back to his CB1 Theme, I love it.

As I brought up in the other thread, very little people know about this, but the composer for the games, Josh Mancell, has actually uploaded the master track versions of some of the songs on his SoundCloud page, you can also find some Jak & Daxter stuff he's done on there too, these are pre-consoles mixes, which are the tracks before being heavily compressed and sampled down to fit into the PS1's memory, especially noticeable on the first Crash Bandicoot tracks since he says he wasn't involved with overseeing how the tracks transfer properly until Crash 2 onwards:

Dingodile is prooobably my second favorite behind the Crash 3 Cortex theme but there are so many good ones that picking a single one is just silly.
