I'll jump in on the lovefest.
Fantastic game. Having a blast playing it and I don't want it to end.
Hopefully S-E takes note. There's still a place in this crazy industry for more traditional turn-based JRPGs... and P5 seeing that success is a great thing.

It's a brilliant game and it deserves all the praise it gets. I just beat the fourth Palace and I have no qualms declaring it the best in the series. Absolutely worth the wait.
I had to stop playing last week because I was out of the country, but I can't wait to pick it back up (later today, hopefully). I'm at the very beginning of the third "act" and I can already tell it's going to be a favorite. Worth the wait doesn't begin to describe it.

Great game, almost have it beat and it's already one of my favorite jrpgs up there with Chrono Trigger, FFVI, and Xenogears.

This game is everything I hoped after Persona 4 Golden.

GOTY 18 hours in so jealous of the people that completed it. I need a couple more hours in the day.
Game ruined forever. Will be returning it to the store and deleting my save.
You joke, but lot of gamers won't play it just based on that and only gave FF15 a shot based on the fact that it was action based :/

Oh gosh the english voices are soooooo bad. I'm glad I waited to download the JP voices patch to play.
Also, some mild spoilers in that trailer. I went into the game blind as heck and I spoiled myself a few things.
The English VA is incredible, your ears are weird!

Going from JP VA to ENG VA feels like a step down.
I loved P4G ENG VA, while I hated the JP VA. Here it's the other way around. Dunno, call me weird.

I really enjoy most of the characters VO personally
English voices are great. I actually went and checked out the JP voices and didn't think they were as good, maybe Yakuza 0 spoiled me.
You're used to one and not the other. There's merit in both.
A dub where they mangle last names into bizarre new forms for no good reason isn't great.

They do that twice I believe, are you really suggesting two mispronunciations prevent a great dub from being called great?
Besides, Atlas told them to pronounce them that way.

I'm also certain that Ann's VA recently said they were instructed to do so on purpose by Atlus JPN. I know for a fact most of this cast would have little to no problem getting actual pronunciations down as heard in voice work in other shows/games.
