I doubt they would stretch it out more than 6 months from E3.

They will want to sell it in the hype period.

I think they will do what they've done with all their "S" models and say "shipping to your local retailers now" and they will be available in a few weeks.

the internet population in china is only around 53% of the total
and the gaming population in china is only 44% or 600m, but is expected to grow to 54% by 2021

if they can grab 1% of that gaming population by 2021, Xbox one would be a huge success in China
a more reasonable approach is to try and get 10% via Pc and Microsoft IPs e.g Minecraft
