I love Good Feel and like Yoshi - Wooly World was great.

But this left me kinda cold. Feels pretty safe, boring. I was hoping that if they were doing 2018 games that they'd choose one more exciting than this.

Will probably pick it up though, given the pedigree.

After Woolly World, I'm so in. Although I kind of hoped to see a direct sequel to WW just to see more woolly stuff as my wife loves that game. But this also looks awesome, so I can't really complain.

I find the cardboard aesthetics to be uninspiring.

It can't be just me right? Last gen, I actually like the wool and clay aesthetics of Yoshi and Kirby.

Eh, not every game needs to be genre defining GOAT tier. I'm happy Nintendo is still making traditional 2D platformers like this and Kirby.
