Finally. This is the first year I have been holding off any day one purchases, in part due to the fact I had bought everything I wanted long before it went on sale last year.

its gonna be a shit sale yet again.

these things havent been relevant to me for years now.

theres better deals to be had year round and elsewhere besides Steam.

Gonna try to keep it tight this year... really targeting only Nier: Automata and Hollow Knight.

Somehow I always end up with like 10 other games.

Since they dropped dailies and flash the sales have been pretty mediocre. Haven't bought much. Particularly Indies.

Hey that's my birthday.

Right on time!

Mine's on the 23rd! And so is Sonic the Hedgehog's.

I wonder if there's any game in my wishlist I'll get to buy. Lately, my backlog's been so extensively daunting that I almost skip these Steam sales completely.

Yay! Only looking to grab one visual novel (Clannad) but have been waiting since early April to do so. Hopefully it's as fun as I've heard.

I've skipped out the last few Steam Sales just because I didn't need to be buying a bunch of new releases at $40+. But I think this will be the first time in a couple years I'll be able to snag a bunch of AAA games I've missed for the $10 range.

I don't really have anything I'm burning to buy in this year's sale, but I'm kind of hoping for a deep discount on Rise of the Tomb Raider. I've waited enough years.

Ive writeen the steam sale thread so dpect it to gup on thursday

Stem Dummer Sale |OT| how do I hld on togall these dels

(just joshin')

Would,be nice if Friday the 13th had a massive sale. Already got battlegrounds, and would prefer not dropping close to full price for a half finished game

Yep, expect mediocre discounts. I wish they would just temporarily disable refunds during the sale and go back to flash sales and daily discounts. I think last sale I spent less then $10. Used to use the Steam sales to get Indies I was only kinda interested in but now they don't get discounted enough.

Hm... I guess I'll be on the lookout for The Silver Case and Umineko. DS3 probably won't get an 80% sale, so I guess I'm not getting anything else, lol

Even though I pretty much own all the games I'd like to play, I still enjoy the big steam sales. I always end up finding a new cheap indie title or hidden gem on sale to buy and play through

Same for me but I guess I own almost everything I'm interested in now. Other sites are way better for deals on new releases I get, I haven't bought a game directly on steam in a while.
All the VR titles will be mine. ALL OF THEM.
Though this might get me this year. Haven't jumped on many VR games because of their price, any decent sales I will be very interested in picking some up.

I want a metagame. I spend more when there's a metagame.

(Plus I've been a bit quiet on Steam sales of late because I've got way more than I'll ever play anyway)

Hoping the Witcher 3 will finally be under $20. We'll see. I might also impulse buy Stardew Valley if it's cheap enough.

The size of my backlog kind of discourages me from wanting to add to it, though.
