Batman Returns really saved the batman movie franchise. It had a multiplier of over 4 which is great and showed good word of mouth. I think it has done well on DVD and I think TDK will make much more than its predecessor, unless people have gone off superhero movies after SM3.

Watch the Theatrical trailer it actauly looks quite good mainly thanks to the music.
