Yeah....

I'm guessing XBLA (which is cool). If it's a full completely new game that'd be bizarre (though not as much as R-type tactics)

All I want is a level editor with upload/download through XBL.

Source is Famitsu news for the week.

Also Bladestorm is August in Japan for PS3 (2007 for X360)

Gyakuten 3 is August 28th

Yes although the 2nd game was a stealth release by 505 Gamestreet in Europe (Ubisoft must have washed it's hands after the first oone).
