As alluded to last week.

So far...

Joust

Joust will allow players to be the ultimate knight in shining armor as they mount their ostrich, grab their lance and battle through hordes of enemy knights! Dreaded lava trolls and pterodactyls are out to defeat players while they are reliving this valiant classic Midway title.

A Timeless Classic - Relive the timeless arcade action and simple elegance of one of the classic 80's arcades games.

Simple and Intuitive Gameplay - Defeat all of the enemy knights from a higher jousting point, while avoiding the rapture of creatures such as the dreaded lava trolls or pterodactyl.

Multiplayer Action - Work cooperatively with another player or challenge people from all over the world with the multiplayer functionality. Track your score with online leaderboards to see who the top knight is!

Joust is scheduled to launch in North America on May 24, 2007, on the PLAYSTATION

Upscaling firmware and Warhawk beta also, which is more than enough for me :)

You mean the store for 5.24 right? :D

They better deliver more than that horrible Thursday they had last week, that's for sure.

Well I think if everyone got into the beta we'd agree with you :P Otherwise besides the firmware update, it's another bust.

Upscaling + Warhawk = happy little me.

Warhawk beta and the firmware update will be worth it. I hope they add a new demo (of anything) on there as well.

Seriously though. If you didn't get into the Warhawk beta this is absolutely pathetic. Things are starting to get pretty dire on PSN. Not a hint of 3rd party demos or support of any meaningful variety.

We better hope devs can make a mint off HOME because if not, they're gonna abandon PSN altogether. LIVE marketplace is a cash-cow for them right now.

Warhawk isn't good enough?

Not all of us got into the Warhawk beta.

After getting shut out of both the Home and Warhawk betas, I'll take a demo of ANYTHING at this point.

You're starting to get on thin ice with me, Sony.

Well no invite for me on either of my two accounts im hoping a demo and few trailers from gamers day and upcoming films firmware update is good but we want more content :)

Um...we don't have the full press release yet, just a confirm of Joust. Let's wait and see what the real update brings us eh?

What upcoming games are scheduled, in the next few months, for PSN anyway? Does anyone have a list of games that are in development for PSN (minus LBP, SOCOM and Warhawk)?

lol, if it wasn't for the WarHawk beta, I'd be up in arms as usual.

The firmware update is nice, but SOE have nothing to do with that - the hard work of firmware programmers does not excuse those lazy ****ers from failing to update the EU store and providing more PS1 games.

Super Stardust HD
Snakeball (is that what it's called?)

I wonder if more Home/Warhawk invites will go out today then?

I am beta-less. G.A.P. has for once let me down. =(
they already went out, there was no email, you have to check online or on your PS3.

QFT.

If it wasn't for my PSP, I'd be going into hibernation until July.

What's been mentioned, including:

Championship Sprint, Go! Puzzle (June 14th according to playstation.com), High Stakes on the Vegas Strip, High Velocity Bowling, then the ones shown at Gamer's Day, like Pain and Socom Confrontations.

So being able to make whatever store you want to and charge whatever you want to is a bad thing? So Epic not wanting to charge for Gears map packs but MS making them charge MS points is a "hey, we love it" kind of thing?

Maybe if you said something to the point of "Sony needs to start pushing PSN intergration to the developers" then yes, i would tend to agree... but the "making a mint" excuse above is ...

Yes, i see.
