I think this is the Locoroco "screensaver"

Sony describes the game as "It's LocoRoco, but it's not -- a peculiar extra chapter." That, and a sentence with three different uses of the world play: "Even if you don't play it [as in control the game], the world and the LocoRoco will play [as in both playing amongst themselves and as in playing back like a video] on their own."

Whatever all that means, the PS3 version of LocoRoco is said to feature 200 LocoRoco characters in a new world. You'll be able to use the SixAxis for motion-based controls.

Should be out soon, it's 95% complete.

Is obviously good. There will naturally be a full PS3 game in the future, this kind of thing (GTHD, Wipeout HD etc) pleases me in the meantime.

Does it cost? Also why would a console need a screensaver? HDTVs require enough energy to run as it is.

Yeah but funny tho there is no screen rotate.
Maybe sixaxis control the blob not the screen otherwise whole screen will be shaking as hell.

Here's an animation vid that looks inspired by LocoRoco, well the 1st part of it anyway.

I'd love something like that for the PS3 version but that leaked trailer still looks very cool. It's really hard to go wrong with this sort of game.

Looks like those are more Locoroco "homes" rater than levels (?). I mean, no world tilting in sight. Just locorocos jumping around the environment. Also there seem to be different kind of Locorocos mixed together in the same area. IIRC Locoroco was just one creature at the time.

Looks boring as hell actually. Why isn't the world tilting and why is the background white? Also there's too much stuff going on, too fast. Loco Roco 'PSP' was all about simplicity, while this seems too complex imo. Disappointment total
