If anyone in Japan with a PS3 is reading this... PM me if there's a way I could buy a Japanese points card off you to buy GT5P on PSN, since it's not coming out in the U.S. till January(?).

That car is so freaking sweet. You guys should check out the SkylineGT thing on GT-TV in the GT5 Demo. So freaking hawt.
 
commercial looks great, the choice of music was excellent!

one thing that i always wondered about with alot of these first party Sony trailers on the internets...

they'll have them in WMV and even MOV, but not MP4?

Bah... I thought that the first part of the vid was supposed to be ingame. I was about to congratulate them on finally upping the environments to the level the cars are at.
 
Cool, I didn't know the cruising footage was real until i viewed it in 720p.

Well done, I hope SCEA simply just uses that commercial (in English of course) when they market the game here in the US this spring.
 
If I have a JPN account, can I purchase it off the JPN store using my North American credit card? I don't want to wait until January for the US version.

Yeah, I thought the first pan around was in-game. It's hard to tell with the poor quality of the video, but then it swipes into in-game footage and that's when I realized the first half was the real car. Nice teaser - love the music too.

AFAIK only japanese credit cards work for the japanese PSN, unlike the EU or the US store.

You'll need to get a JPN PSN card or just import the BR version.

February sounds more likely. Perhaps I was wrong in my speculation.
Either way, I cannot freaking wait. This game just looks so freaking good and hope plays as good too. I really like the GT5 prologue demo too even though it had a couple of minor issues.

Import or buy the PSN cards off some import website (i believe ncsx will just email you the psn codes)
