Has Neogaf.net always been regathered by us, or did the admin team just do it to fix the DNS errors?

There's a mistake in the redirect url, there is one /forum too much

Oh, and like I Twittered I vote for GeoNAF for the new URL. I'd love to frequent a site called that.

Most people's cookies didn't work for the change to neogaf.net, so they were labeled as guests. and didn't realize they weren't logged in
 
Shit's weird. Good thing there's a leftover TLD laying around, but I don't see the need for it - GAF worked fine until the thing went to .net.

BTW, is anyone able to freely go between OT and the gaming discussion? Everytime I want to go from one to the other, I get the "Sorry, we couldn't find www.neogaf.com" page.

Yep. I get the 404 page, but I see that in the url it says neogaf.com/forum/forum/, so I just get rid of the last "forum/".

Its because there seems to be fixed links all over the place, instead of dynamic ones.

while the rest of GAF is
continuing on like normal.
 
to go from OT to Gaming, don't use the small links at the bottom. it adds an extra "forum". i'm lazy and dont want to keep deleting the "forum", so i just use the "discussions" tab

Thats exactly what it feels like. We know there out there, but they don't know how to get back.
