Just came across this when looking for more news on Young Justice.

The Looney Tunes Show: A new half-hour animated comedy series starring Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck. No longer confined to 7-minute shorts, Bugs and Daffy are out of the woods and living in the suburbs among such colorful neighbors as Yosemite Sam, Granny, Tweety and Sylvester. In addition to each episode’s main story, The Looney Tunes Show also features “cartoons within a cartoon.” The Tasmanian Devil, Speedy Gonzales, Marvin the Martian and other classic characters sing original songs in two-minute music videos called Merrie Melodies and the Road Runner and Coyote are featured in 2-1/2 minute CG shorts. This all new series is produced by Warner Bros. Animation. Sam Register (Teen Titans, Ben 10, Batman: The Brave and the Bold) is the executive producer. Spike Brandt and Tony Cervone (both Duck Dodgers, Back at the Barnyard, Space Jam) are the supervising producers.

Young Justice: In Young Justice, being a teenager means proving yourself over and over—to peers, parents, teachers, mentors and, ultimately, to yourself. But what if you’re not just a normal teenager? What if you’re a teenage super hero? Are you ready to join the ranks of the great heroes and prove you’re worthy of the Justice League? That’s exactly what the members of Young Justice—Robin, Aqualad, Kid Flash, Superboy, Miss Martian and Artemis—will find out, whether they have what it takes to be a proven hero. This all-new series is produced by Warner Bros. Animation and based upon characters from DC Comics. Sam Register (Teen Titans, Ben 10, Batman: The Brave and the Bold) is the executive producer. Brandon Vietti (Batman: Under the Red Hood, Superman Doomsday, The Batman) and Greg Weisman (Gargoyles, The Spectacular Spider-Man, W.I.T.C.H.) are the producers.

Generator Rex: From the creators of Ben 10 comes Generator Rex, a new half-hour animated series that takes viewers on an adventure full of fun, action, wish fulfillment and teenage drama. Generator Rex is a young super agent who, with his incredible ability to create mechanical weapons and vehicles from his own body, must balance his adrenaline-fueled adventures with the everyday ups and downs of being a teenager. Generator Rex revolves around 15-year-old Rex, as he attempts to balance his duty as a soldier in a super-spy team with just being a teenager. Generator Rex was created by Man of Action (Joe Casey, Joe Kelley, Duncan Rouleau, and Steven T. Seagle) with supervising producer John Fang (Ben 10: Alien Force, The Batman) and is produced at Cartoon Network Studios. Generator Rex will air Friday at 8:30 p.m. ET/PT on Cartoon Network beginning April 23, 2010.

Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated: With the animated Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated, Fred, Daphne, Velma, Shaggy and their talking dog Scooby-Doo are back, solving mysteries in the spooky town of Crystal Cove, a sleepy coastal village that boasts a long history of ghostly sightings, werewolves and glowing deep sea divers. From Warner Bros. Animation, Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated features the voices of Frank Welker (What’s New, Scooby-Doo?) as Fred/Scooby-Doo, Mindy Cohn (The Facts of Life) as Velma, Grey DeLisle (Batman: The Brave and the Bold) as Daphne and Matthew Lillard (the Scooby-Doo films) as Shaggy. Spike Brandt and Tony Cervone (both credited for Duck Dodgers, Back at the Barnyard, Space Jam) are the supervising producers.

Suburban Loony Toons?

Considering the people behind some of these, making hits like Teen Titans and (I guess) Ben 10, a number of these should be good.

for the first time in years, i think im interested in a new cartoon network line-up. although i have some issues with the team on young justice, but whatever, im sure it'll be good. as long as it stays away from the overly exaggerated expressions that teen titans had, well be fine.

I think it's an odd choice to use paint splatters at texture on everything in that Looney Tunes picture; even the clouds are splatters.

Don't care what the art looks like, wanna know how the writing will be. Looney Tunes is mostly all about the great writing.

Snowman Prophet of Doom said:
I disagree. Old Looney Tunes are as much about the wonderful art as about the wonderful writing.

It also says a lot about the writing that you can show these to kids in 2010, and they are just as funny as they were when written.

Hanna Barbera on the other hand, the art AND writing are pretty much shit :lol

Beyblade is back!

Ontopic, Bugs looks a bit short in that promo image. Daffy...about the same, with sharper angles in certain places. I wouldn't get that hung up over it if the series is good.
Its 'cause he's sitting down. Bugs' ass on the chair is on the same plane as Daffy's is standing, so if Bugs were to stand up, he'd be taller as usual.

Cautiously optimistic about this one...

I'm a bit confused with Kid Flash's look in the Young Justice poster. My mind's telling me that it's supposed to be Bart, but the hair and eyes remind me of Wally.

Other than that, I'm really looking forward to the show.

So, the Looney Toons and Young Justice pictures are HORRIBLE. Tons of aliasing, fake drop-shadow under the looney toons sprites, horrible photoshopping on the Young Justice poster. It's like a cross between a 1992 point and click adventure and a youtube guide on how to photoshop.

... but, I'm in for Young Justice. At least for the first ep. New Looney Toons is also good, even if it's a crappy setting.

Cartoon Network still knows how to make a show, even though they did those completely out of place live action TV shows a few years back.

Bugs Bunny looks like a generic rabbit from one of those Easter tv specials I watched as a kid.

There sure is a lot of questionable stuff there. But I'll give it a chance.

here is a proper Bugs drawn by Bob McKimson

It's.....beautiful!

Seriously though, if nothing else, if this new series results in Warner Home Video releasing the rest of their LT shorts, then it'll all be worth it.

Promo shot

Im actually extremely relieved at this.
Early on in the show's lifespan there were plans to ape the CG-style of the horrible Acme Arsenal game's cutscenes.
It could have looked like this:
looney-tunes-acme-arsenal.jpg

I mean, yeah. Its still fucking terrible, but it could have been much, much worse.

EDIT- Though I gotta admit, I really dig the background in that promo shot

Man.. I'm 28.. but I'm probably gonna watch some of these :/
Edit- Yeah Young Justice and Generator Rex look alright.
