I actually got into the show a few days ago and was surprised at how creative the show is. The creator(s) do a great job at balancing the sports/drama issues.
 
It was a very weird show... not sure that I loved it, but I always left the TV on after Sunny, so I guess that's a good sign.
 
Need to remember to DVR this :D
Loved the first season. Is it going to be a full season this year or continue as a 6~ episode show?
 
I watched it a little while ago and was surprised by how much I loved it. I have no interest in fantasy football or even football, and I still loved the fuck out of it.

Thats what I like about the show. It is revolved around Fantasy football but its not the whole show.
 
Recently caught the marathon on FX and I love the show, season 1 was a bit short though. Anyone know how many episodes season 2 will be?
 
I've been playing fantasy sports for at least 10 years now but didn't get into this show last season. I guess I missed the marathon they apparently played.. wish they'd do another.
 
Man I gotta get some three penis wine and get ready for some more of The League!

I think I'm gonna buy the first season on DVD/BRD. It was only $25 at Amazon, which is still expensive for a 7 episode season I guess. oh well.
 
Can't wait. I hate that I only caught the first season sporadically, didn't really give it enough of a chance even though what I saw was hilarious. Won't be making that mistake this year.

Yeah I disagree with people who want the show to be more about fantasy football because that really isn't what makes the show funny IMO.
 
I know a lot of people that are extras in the premiere. Should be interesting to see them.

Great first season, very excited for this.

i thought both the football and non-football episodes were hilarious. also hope we get some more Shiva. she was hot as hell
 
I didn't love the show last season, but since I'm all about fantasy this time of the year and it comes on right after Sunny and before TDS, I don't mind it. I honestly wish they would focus on the league aspects more than anything else, but I understand why they can't do that. Their league seems like a joke with how many owners/teams they seem to use.
 
entertaining premiere for the season. Rafi, Taco and Andre should make for great on-screen comedy.
 
I enjoy this show alot but when it gets into league things I get annoyed on some small things.

I know its an 8 person league and I've never been in one before (Mostly do 10-12s) so I can't say if the draft changes or not but tonights draft board was silly in some parts. Steven Jackson going with the 6th pick in the 4th round? Someone drafting Ben as their QB in the 7th round (with no starting qb prior?) and Braylon Edwards going in the second? :lol :lol

Okay, Now that I got that out of my system, it was a pretty good episode. Chad Ochocinco seems like a cool dude, although it is just acting.
 
lol, I just watched this. First episode I've seen of the show, it was pretty good. Somehow FX keeps pumping out these good shows, it's like the poor mans HBO.
 
This show always impresses me with how incredibly, hilariously absurd each episode seems relative to the one before it.

There are some seriously questionable picks on the draft board, though.

Also, Jenny definitely got hotter.

Haven't seen the premier yet (FX needs to get this up online ASAP!) but OchoCinco is supposedly one of the coolest guys around in the NFL. There are a LOT of people out there that say he's one of the best players to play with in the league.

Yeah, being a fantasy football nerd makes nitpicking the show really easy. DeAngelo Williams not only went rounds after Ricky Williams and Braylon Edwards, but also after Jonathan Stewart. I don't know why you would even write that in.

At least they made fun of picking Rivers first round though.

There is a reason they won't let Jenny join the league. She would kick their asses and they know it.
 
Loved the show last yea and caught the season two premier tonight. Great stuff. Mr McGibblets still cracks me up from last year thinking about it.
 
Holy shit... just caught it. I was kinda leery of the rap song at the end at first, but then when they mixed in the whole "I'm INSIDE ME!" and that girly scream, too? Laughed my ass off.

Yep. I knew she looked familiar but I couldn't place her until someone on another forum pointed out who she was.
