I can only see about half of the avatars in any given thread, and the ones I can see have been uploaded to GAF servers....so with that being said, are the new avatar rules active as of now?

Just wondering.

Ah, I assumed all 90px width avatars would be stretched to 100px. Good thing that they don't, I'm too lazy to make a new one.

So externally hosting avatars is still yet to be removed? Or does the new system yank the image from the URL we put in and upload it to it's own servers?
