$50/hour, but no kissing on the lips and colors must be pre-separated

I love all the stuff these guys put out, and glad to see we've gotten another not-so-weekly update after the Plinkett Cop Dog review. I kind of want to see just the second half of this movie now. Oh, and the ending of the review is true Red Letter Media insanity, so I'm not sure if I'd really recommend watching it during lunch or whilst eating.

I saw Plinkett and was excited... realized it was a Half in the Bag review and decided to not bother for now.

Amazing how that works.

What's bad about Half in the Bag? I love it

Haha, I snuck into Transformers about a half-hour late so I've got the same context as the chubbier guy. I only saw the parents for like 30 seconds but the mother still manged to say her son has a big cock. Haha! Such great characters.

Eh, I find them to be a pretty entertaining stop-gap between the proper Plinkett reviews.

A very appropriate ending considering what they're reviewing.

Did anyone else think they were teasing something at the end of the episode with the mailman? He has a second package to deliver to Mr. Plinkett, but we can't really see what it is. Possibly Indy 4? :lol

Anyway, I was hesitant to get into Half In The Bag at first, but I've now seen every episode so far and I thought this one was pretty great. I thought it was interesting how Mike and Jay each saw a different half of the movie, and both halves were almost totally different and seemingly unconnected. I personally haven't seen the movie, and after the second I don't film I don't think I want to see the third.

Yeah, I was completely expecting it to be some sort of Indy artifact joke...and got a good laugh when they went in a completely different direction.

I can't get into Half in the Bag because anytime Plinkett shows up on screen, it's a different guy doing him than the person who does Plinkett in voice overs, and he's not nearly as good at it

Yeah, that guy will certainly never be Plinkett to me, but thankfully he's in the videos very little.

Considering that the guy who does the plinkett voice is actually mike it's all fine.

Also the ending to this was gold.

I don't get why they don't just dub Plinkett's voice. That guy sounds nothing like him.

I'd also rather we never actually see Plinkett. Hearing him/references to him would be cool, but it just feels forced when we see him, and considering we never see him in the Plinkett videos, it just seems out of character.

Well the dude was the first to "play" plinkett.

Mike later reused that character for the starwars reviews and then voiced him.

Plinkett is infinitely more entertaining in voice, photo, or first person perspective form only.

Hurray for bumps a week later so I can respond to questions I missed in the past.

It's less that half in the bag is bad, and more that Plinkett is an event for me. The HitB reviews don't nearly get as in depth, and the comedy doesn't seem as spot on.

Plinkett reviews I'll watch multiple times despite their length or subject. HitB reviews I'll watch maybe once if I'm interested in the movie.

An entertaining stop-gap, sure. Just not nearly as memorable. I'd rather see one plinkett review be posted than 5 HitB reviews of equal length.

Should make an official Red Letter Media thread.

I didn't know they had already made that many HITB episodes.

The sad part is they don't do Plinkett reviews more often as they're afraid of the character growing stale but they'll spam these reviews constantly. Is a damn shame.

*edit*

This too.

The only thing worse than actually watching Transformers 3 is watching two guys sitting around and slowly lumbering through a synopses of parts of the movie.

The first person plinkett is not the same as the one in HITB. The host of HITB is the real Plinkett.

And yeah of course the Plinkett reviews are really good. The HITB reviews are rather boring:|

Ether_Snake:I agree. I'll watch them if I'm interested in the movie, but it's like a completely separate group is doing the reviews.

If it wasn't the same guys who did the Plinkett Reviews I'd not even bother even if I cared about the movie being reviewed. I occasionally hope that they can bring over what made the Plinkett reviews so great, and thusfar I haven't seen it.
