I'll start off with these four:

http://www.youtube.com/user/ProfMTH/videos
ProfMTH is a college professor who posts videos about religion, law, politics, and pop culture. I find his commentaries about religion both interesting and entertaining.

http://www.youtube.com/user/HennesyYoungman/videos
HennesyYoungman is an art/cultural critic who also speaks about topics concerning race, gender, sexuality, and pop culture. (Plus, he's fucking hilarious)

http://www.youtube.com/user/TheIDMMaster/videos
TheIDMMaster posts a ton of electronic music (mostly braindance/IDM and electronica) that's virtually unknown to most people.

http://www.youtube.com/user/theneedledrop/videos
Theneedledrop (Anthony Fantano, the Internet's busiest music nerd) is a music critic who reviews rock, metal, hip hop, pop, electronic, and experimental music of the independent persuasion.

My only rule for this thread is at least add a simple description about the channel or channels you like.

Is it purely Youtube, or can we get a little Blip in there?
Blip is fine. So is Vimeo or any other video hosting site (that isn't porn).

I dunno about favourite, but Michelle Phan is heartbreakingly beautiful. She seems to know her make up too, which is obviously vital.

I now also know a lot about make up.

:D

I love ProfMTH. I've posted about him a couple times, since I think he fills a niche that a lot of the other atheist youtube commentary channels don't really address. He's also very civil to those he disagrees with, so I never feel embarrassed to be agreeing with him, which is nice. He was actually the guy I first thought of when I saw this topic, so I'm thrilled that someone else posted him already.

A couple others I like:

http://www.youtube.com/user/bzblaner
Posts videos about singing; analyses of singers, vocal range videos, compilations of favorite operatic and popular music notes, explanations of concepts, and delicious Christina shade

http://www.youtube.com/user/westvoice
Basically the same thing, but has more videos about belting, larynx position, flat / sharp notes, etc. with more Christina Aguilera shading

http://www.youtube.com/user/MarriageTrial
A bit defunct, but this is the Youtube channel that is a complete reenactment of the Prop 8 trial. It's pretty great if you've an interest in hearing the trial.

http://www.youtube.com/user/gocommentary
A Chinese Go player explains various Go concepts and plays through the kifu of famous games and explains stuff. It can be rather difficult to comprehend what he's saying due to his thick accent, but I find that after I listen for a little while my brain starts understanding just fine.

http://www.youtube.com/moktira
http://www.youtube.com/esportstv
http://www.youtube.com/NukeTheStars
StarCraft: Brood War VODs! Nuke also does commentary (the rest are just the Korean commentary) which is more entertaining than informative, but whatever.

He writes lyrics for well known gaming music and sings it.
Check out The Moon from Ducktales, it's awesome.

metaldaniel03
He does metal versions of gaming music.
His rendition of The Wind Scene from Chrono Trigger is gorgeous.

MMLeung
Martin Leung, the Video Game Pianist. Lots of new videos within the last few weeks!

By the way - as I prefer to receive all my news etc. within one app, I subscribed to my YouTube RSS feed in Google Reader to see the new videos of my subscriptions. But the feed won't update. When I resubscribe to it, the last few new videos are listed immediately, but that's it. I see new videos on my YouTube page, but not in Google Reader. And I just noticed that it will actually get updated if I log in on YouTube (which I barely do). Why is this? Anyone experiencing the same?

My favorite is Classic Ending Credits. All of his stuff is great, but that one is just genius.

I'd also recommend Keeper1st. His friend sight reads songs on the piano, having never heard or played them. There are a lot of songs from video games on there. Here's just one of his videos, it's the Legend of Zelda ending theme. There are more video game songs in the suggestions on the right. They're all great.

KassemG, he is a funny guy. His California On "___"interviews are just very entertaining(usually), the Going Deep section is also really good.(Interviews adult film actors/stars but in a funny and disturbing manner)
Don't know how he has gotten Lisa Anne, Ron Jeremy etc to appear on there.

Came to recommend The Needle Drop. Huge fan of his videos and the podcast. He is an articulate reviewer, and digs deep to turn me on to music I wouldn't have heard otherwise. Plus he's hilarious to boot.
