Turns out the "new" development team working on Lost Odyssey is actually Scarab plus three ex-Square staff. That makes two Cavia-owned companies working on MS Japan's biggest projects - Artoon (Blue Dragon) and Scarab/Feel Plus (Lost Odyssey).

And Microsoft chose them and the Blinx team to develop Sakaguchi's games.........
