So, unless my napkin math is wrong, we're looking at 82.5-95K for Medal of Honor.

That's slightly under half of the last game's debut, but for a 50 Metacritic game following up a 75 Metacritic game, that's probably pretty good!

I do have to wonder what EA intends to do with the series however. The well has been poisoned pretty hard at this point.

I had a drug induced vision that suggested maybe LBP and Uncharted may see a slight boost. If LBP hits 38 in the charts ye will know my power.

The Vita TV ads were on in the UK for like two weeks when LBP was on. They have been advertising Liberation, so interested to see how that does.

Officially released on Wednesday, ‘Assassin’s Creed III’ becomes Ubisoft’s biggest ever launch title, selling almost double that of ‘Assassin’s Creed II’ and outperforming the publisher’s previous best, last year’s ‘Assassin’s Creed: Revelations’. Launched initially on Xbox 360 and PS3 alongside a separate PS Vita title called ‘Assassin’s Creed: Liberation’ and with a PC version to follow, it easily becomes the second biggest launch of the year so far (behind FIFA 13). The Xbox 360 version accounted for 59% of sales with 41% on PS3. ‘FIFA 13’ remains at No2 enjoying only a 2% drop in sales. Last week’s No1 ‘Medal of Honor: Warfighter’ (-46%) falls to No6, making way for 3 big new titles – ‘WWE ’13’ at No3, ‘Football Manager 2013’ at No4 and ‘Need for Speed Most Wanted’ at No5. Out of these only Need for Speed improves on last year’s title, selling more than ‘Need for Speed: The Run’ sold at launch last year. ‘Forza Horizon’ (-50%) drops to No7, but stays ahead of ‘Skylanders Giants’ (-16%) which moves to No8. EA now have three titles in the Top 10, followed by Ubisoft with two thanks to a solid performance this week from ‘Just Dance 4’ (+0%) at No9. Despite the four big Top 10 new releases Bethesda’s ‘Dishonored’ (-36%) manages to stay in the Top 10, down from No5 to No10. ‘Assassin’s Creed III Liberation’ on PS Vita debuts outside the Top 10 at No14 making it the 3rd biggest debut for a PS Vita title (behind hardware launch titles Uncharted: Golden Abyss and FIFA Football).
