Who else is participating? What are your rules? Post pics.

I'm doing my second Mo'vember. So far, I'm not a fan of my patchwork facial hair, but I have a few more weeks to go. The only rule I have is that I can shave my neck beard. Everything else, cannot be shaved.

So this is the place where more hairy men com to rub it in for the less fortunate in life?

Soon 25, and still hairless apeman. :'(

I'm doing it, first time ever. I started on October 25th or so (estimate) I wanted to shave on the 31st, but I figured it was already semi long so I didn't want to start over. My goal is the whole month but it looks horrible. I can't grow a beard at all..its patchy and just crap :(

I have had people say they like it, which is weird..so I'll see what happens

might as well just give up and donate some cash to prostrate cancer research because that looks awful.

Does it count that i practically never shave? Actually, i don't shave ever, i just kinda, uh, shorten my beard with scissors at times.

Does it count if I shave the neckbeard portion only? I'll still probably shave the whole thing eventually though.

I don't even understand 'no shave November'. Movember or nothing.

The whole point of the thing is to raise money for charity. You get people to sponsor you.

Paying someone who says they will grow a beard is dumb. Beards are normal. Heaps of people have beards. But mustaches look pretty ridiculous on most people. That's why you give them money (and to give to charity obviously).

Even if you're not raising money, you're raising awareness. Plus it's fun to grow a beard.
