Czarface is my favorite release thus far by the Triple Double is very good too. The Tokoyo Tower mixtape is solid too; it's like some Japanese Mobb Deep shit.

If we're including mixtapes I personally recommend The Underachievers recent mix tape.

They could use a little work on their subject matter (majority of the songs are about being indigo children or using drugs) but their flow is great and they have really good taste in beats.

I don't think anything will top Midcity for me out of this quarter though, I can't stop listening to it. I know it's a unique sound, but if you have any recommendations for anything that similarly brings harsh noise into the mix, I'd love to hear it.

HOLY FUCK, 90% of that shit is trash. fuck. trip dub feeling had a nice instrumental but fuck the raps and video suck. everything else is such mediocre emulated shit with no creativity. fuck. all these rappers came off so unauthentic and trying so hard to be REAL HIP HOP. comes off as generic forumla fake 90's bullshit. dengen

anyways, i've listened to clipping before they are alright. i like that they're trying something new, but vocals and lyrics... they make me cringe. jonwayne had the best beat out of all those songs. and super swag project... that made me laugh, not gunna lie.
