Ask me about the GAF Notebook
With the rise of more and more LTE networks going online across the globe and more people switching off of 3G and onto LTE I'm just in general interested to see what people's speeds are.

1) Grab the Speed Test App

Speed Test iOS
Speed Test Android

2) Run the Test

You might want to manually pick your server as it doesn't always do the best job of picking the closest server for you.

3) Post your results

Tell us all your results as well as what kind of connection you were testing ie 3g. HSPA+, or LTE.

.

It's fast enough, though a bit meaningless in the end. I've got a 2GB monthly cap, and if I'm not careful I can use it up in less than a week.

The other day I tested a friend's iPhone 5 with LTE and I was able to pull about 15Mbps down. But again, having so much bandwidth available just helps reach your caps faster.

EE 4G. [UK]

Recently got this as well since I upgraded to a 5.

Most of the time it's 20-25 down and up, matters on the area. Happy with it as well.

Wind Mobile. HSPA+. Usually the speeds aren't as good as they are today. Good service though considering I get unlimited calling and unlimited data (5GB until speed throttling, 10GB for $10 more per month) for $29/mo.

Btw does anyone know about the Ookla Cat?

(really hard to take a good shot)

Quite an endearing/sad story. Looks like a cat I had, too :(

No Sprint LTE in KY period. Not even a 'coming soon' for the bigger cities. All that speed for $125 / month (2 phones/unlimited data)

/will have to consider Verizon next year
//been with Sprint since mid 90s
