So I got screwed over by this 3rd party phone fixer company, and I was wondering if I might have any grounds in which to sue?...
Here's the letter I sent them basically summing up what occurred.

Hello,
My name is Desmond Dale and I just got off the phone with one your representatives that informed me that not only are the parts backordered for my Samsung Galaxy S2, but I'd have to pay an additional $150 to have it fixed because I was apparently sold the wrong box. Now I have been waiting to receive my phone back since it was shipped off on Saturday, and in this day and age a week without your main source of communication can be both a major setback financially and socially. To make matters worse, I also recall being informed that it would take up to two weeks to receive a refund check, which is a rather inconvenient form of payment in of itself. Now if it had been solely my mistake, I'd be less infuriated, but on the box I purchased Samsung devices are clearly listed right on the front.

...Seems like a bit of false advertising to me, especially when someone pays extra money thinking that they're ensuring that they'll get their phone back with a 72-hour turnaround.
Sincerely,
Desmond Dale
