I'm trying to purchase Ratchet and Clank Full Frontal Assault from the US PlayStation Store and it says there was an error. I tried the webstore too and the connection timed out. Is anybody else having this problem?

Yeah, I can access the webstore, won't let me log in.

Doesn't work with Vita either. (AU store)

Goddamn Sony, your store sucks so fucking bad!

It's a little embarrassing really, for a company of their size. I often give up looking for what I want. I've occasionally been looking for DLC, and I've had to actively seek it out, through a number of different searches.

Customers shouldn't have to root around under all the junk to find what they need.

Sort yourselves our next gen Sony, it's a joke at the minute, really, really poor.

Just about to make a thread on this. My system was playing up about 10 hours ago, rebooted my router and that fixed it. Now its fucked again. Even though playstation.com.au says PSN is up and working. :/

I tried logging into PSN on my Vita and it works just fine. I still can't access the store on any of my devices though.

The PSN store is a little worse today then it usually is. But not by much.

Personally, I find that the store is good. The very thing you complain about is the very thing i find was drastically improved over the last store. DLC is so easy to get now, because they all tied to their respective games. If I want to browse "Mirror's Edge's" dlc for e.g. I simply type M or Mi under search, click mirror's edge on the right and click add-ons below the game's image. It's that simple really.
