New Castlevania: LoS 2 footage [gameplay and trailer]

Who the hell edited that trailer? the game looks good but that trailer was boring.

Such a random trailer! Still, the game looks pretty good and looks to be a proper sequel. I didn't know the levels were interconnected. I'm not expecting Metroid here, but it's still good news.

Almost fell asleep during that trailer. I'm sure the game will be good, but the trailer is awful.

Looks amazing. They really did a great job with the last game, and it looks like they've out done themselves for this one.

So from what I've gathered, it looks as though we'll be playing in two different time periods as Gabriel/Dracula (Past and Present), and also playable portions for Alucard?

Really wasn't a fan of the first LoS but LoS2 looks really cool. Nice to see Alucard (I assume) too.

Will still need to see proper gameplay and some reviews but from the looks of things I'd enjoy it more than the first one.

I was hoping for next year, cause the rest of the year is booked full of games for me, I'm sure I'll find a way to get it. That trailer was so epic. I hope the E3 demo is released on PSN too at some point. Also hope the game can run at 1080p like the last game.

I thought the art direction and design of the first game was absolutely beautiful. One of the best this generation imo. I'm sure they won't disappoint with this one either. Looks really good.

I'm impressed at how that could have such a long trailer and still show so little actual combat, when the flying golden armour fellow turned up I was like "here we go, time to see those claws in action!", then he just sort of flew around striking fabulous poses while massive mecha man started flailing all over Dracula's balcony.
Still what I saw from the game outside of the trailer looked pretty promising, the jumping around didn't look quite so fixed and the combat appeared snappier, of course I could make a stronger analysis on all this if they'd show more of what counts and less booming orchestra over lavish cinematic action.

Art direction looks top notch.

EPIC is the perfect word to describe the trailer. The second word is redemption. This is a redemption story.

This is not how I envision Dracula at all, but ehhhh... fuck that, it's MS story, they can do whatever they want with it. And it's the last game on the series, so whatever.

BTW, Dracula's is really doing parkour on this game? Holy fuck, WHY!?

It looks incredible to me, cant wait to play it.

I care for this more than for the new consoles and next gen games lol.

Poorly edited trailer but damn the footage looks good. A man can dream that the engine talk means a smoother framerate on consoles.

Badass looking. Can't wait. Patrick Stewart seems less asleep.

I see Alucard.

I think it is interesting how different the trailer feels than the trailer Kojima cut for LoS1. Just shows different styles.

Am I the only one who absolutely loved that trailer music? That made the trailer seem so much better than it was.

Looks amazing. Hope they still have all the varied locales that made LOS1 so special. Completely wack that theres no PS4 version though.
