We all know game shows are the best type of reality television. What are your favorite game show moments?

Here are a few of mine:

WWTBAM - John Carpenter is the first to win the million dollars... like a boss (forgive the meme, but I couldn't think of a more apt way to phrase it)

Family Feud - "Name something a burglar would not like to see when he breaks into a house..."

Price is Right - A woman who fans herself from excitement at the prospect of winning $5,000... ends up winning a million.

EDIT: Honorable mention: Ken Jennings gives the best answer, gets robbed

I was watching Family Feud a month ago and some guy was up with Steve and his opponent for the chance to win the question (or whatever you do when you buzz in and answer first)

the topic was "Things you didn't have as a kid that kids have now" or something to that effect. they guy answered "shit", and the whole audience just gasped, and steve pretty much freaked out on him. it was hilarious.

This guy won over $100,000 on Press Your Luck. He pretty much beat the system in recognizing the patterns on the board and would hit the $5000+One Spin every single time. That showing had to be broken up into two episodes because of how long he kept hitting that one spot.

This is bad gameshow discipline. It's a sufficiently valid answer; I'd argue that it should have been accepted even if it's not what's on the card.

I remember that The Game Show Network did a little documentary on this and even had the two contestants that were playing against him on as well. They showed them how Larson did it with the patterns memorization. They then recreated the Press Your Luck board and the two contestants were able to produce the same results as Larson did.

These two guys are part of the hip hop group 'De jeugd van tegenwoordig.' They released their first single which became a huge hit just before this was recorded, but the driver didn't recognize them. Pretty damn hilarious, plus the knowledge of Faberyayo is fantastic.
