It certainly can be. PS3 didn't support DLNA at launch either. It didn't come until the 1.8 update, about six or 7 months after launch.

I could see this in the PS4, as it's billing itself more as a video game console with media functionality on the side, but for the bone which is selling itself as a fucking MEDIA center this is just stupid.

No big deal. People use Music Unlimited and that XB music service and don't mind.

I would love to have it patched in but these systems aren't even out yet. Everyone wants to make the smart remark but let's slow down and just get the systems out. Things will improve.
