I just looked at the source code to the site. It references "fallout.css", has a link to /radio/fall-river-6191da7f11n.mp3 (doesn't exist yet), and will unlock to a video on Bethesda's YouTube page (not uploaded yet) when the countdown unlocks.

Edit: looks like the page information is forged in Bethesda's name.
