You ever go to a friend's house, maybe someone you usually see outside of their little nerd environment, and discover that they have a nasty, nasty ass place where they game? Shit like dirty clothes everywhere, or unmade beds or old dishes in the room? I went to visit a buddy of mine I knew online and found out he was in one of those nasty-ass rooms and I was severely bummed out - I don't think I can play games with him anymore without thinking of his nasty room.

Got any stories of people who lived in filth to play their games? Pictures are a bonus.

Well there're more than 100K members on GAF and only the ones who their houses looks like an Ikea catalogue place post here http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=745183 . Would be cool to see some other Tier rooms posted over there.

Yeah. I like to hear about places with "personality" - some lived in shit. But I love horror stories too. Feel free to submit your place under a fake story that it is one of your friends' spots.

I met a girl like this once. She was super hot, 18 years old, and all she loved in life was cats, pokemon, and league of legends. I thought I had hit the jackpot. I went over to her place and it was just cup o noodles cups, empty soda cans, clothes and cats everywhere. It was tough to even lay on her bed and not gag.

My bed is usually unmade and I might have a few dirty clothes lying around (not dirty enough to smell though and definitely not anything that isn't jeans or shirts), but other than that I try to keep it clean.

Yeah I don't make my bed, which is just a quilt since I hate sheets. Also have a dirty shirt or two that doesn't smell for my dog to sleep on. I do try and make it look nicer if I know company is coming.

I do all my gaming in the living room so no clothes piling up etc. A free-air used snus pile tends to prop up though, but can't focus properly if empty bottles and the like stay lying around.

I came here for this reply as well as the Gahiggidy pic and leave satisfied. The Playroom streams are maddeningly gross at times. Piles of clothes on the floor, shit just placed any which way, dirty dishes or pizza boxes laying about, etc. I mean, just gross. I think there's actually some kind of fetish where people enjoy watching amateur porn take place in filth and Playroom streams are cashing in.

Also, what IS the story with that Gahiggidy pic? Was that a legit pic, or just set up as some kind of joke? I've seen it here for years now and never knew the deal.

I can understand having a problem with dishes and trash. Get that shit out of there. General clutter, too. I like my surfaces smooth and tidy.

But unmade beds? Who cares? Plus, a heap of blankets on a good bed looks heavenly.
