Really dug the pilot
Wonder if it can keep it up
That was quite good, I'll definitely watch this.
Thanks for the link. Really liked this!
Red Band Society is probably my favorite broadcast pilot from this year. Granted, it's a short list since so much has been mediocre, but it's really lovely. I hope it can stay consistent.
The pilot is only available for another 100ish hours so why not now?
ETA: That pilot was really good. Liking all of the characters. Will definitely watch in the fall.
Can't fault people for this, but Fox still making some quality stuff so I can't look awayThat aside, pilot was interesting but I think I'm going to stay away from this series. After having Surviving Jack and TSCC cancelled, I really don't trust FOX not to cancel shows I like.
Season 1: episode 1 "Pilot"
It's way too long, just watch the pilot.
Margaret said her vision for season two is for Griffin to hand off the voiceover work to someone else, which seems like an anthology format of sorts. Would the series focus on a largely new group of kids with a few returning?
That has been the question. Right now, our order is for 13 episodes. That works very well for this show. The life span of the first 13 is about three weeks, maybe even a little less. It's not that they've been in the hospital for months. People don't live in that hospital that long. In terms of a second season, what's great is that we're wide open. I think the cable model that's happening in TV now gives you a lot of freedom. Anthology series are doing very well. People like Octavia, Dave, Rebecca and Wilson Cruz are there forever; they work at that hospital. But there is always a chance that patient stories can change. With shows like this, you grow so attached to the kids and those stories and our goal would be to keep that intact. Someone on the writing staff lived in a children’s hospital for a certain amount of time and said after she got out, she went back and worked with kids there. With this show, there are lots of ways to keep it going.
Kind of surprised by the mixed reviews but I loved the pilot. Can't wait to see more of the show.
Probably not the best idea to say that no one would live in a hospital ward over an elongated period of time if the show's season will take place in a compressed amount of time.
It'll be like Degrassi, but for sick people!

Season 1: episode 2 "Sole Searching"
Jordi's surgery takes an unexpected turn, which sends Leo into a tailspin. Meanwhile, Kara's family tries to work their connections to help her get a heart, when what she really needs is right in front of them.
Hot doc sleeping with the mom :lol
Huh, now you are making me question it. Dunno if it was the moms or sister, now.i thought that was his sister? i didn't pay attention because hot bartender looked like hot prison officer from OTINB. is it him> IMDB doesn't list it but damn if thats not him.
and leo crying in the room when they came to get him.
Huh, now you are making me question it. Dunno if it was the moms or sister, now.
1.0 in the demo for the second episode. Ouch.
Season 1: episode 3 "Liar, Liar Pants on Fire"
Someone from Jordi's past shows up out of the blue and sends the hospital into chaos, while Dr. McAndrews unknowingly betrays a patient. Kara continues to test Nurse Jackson
Huh, now you are making me question it. Dunno if it was the moms or sister, now.
I think we will al look back on some VH1 show ten years from now and be shocked that all this talent was on this show. It is going to be a launching pad for all non-Disney stars.
Another good episode. I'm really digging this show. I thought the mom showing up might not be good, but I like the way it played out. Nurse Brittany is adorable. Her stuff with the Dr.'s ties was pretty great. Wish the ratings were doing better![]()
