How many fruits do you eat per day roughly?

I usually have 3 pieces of fruit per day usually a combination of apples, oranges, and bananas.

I sometimes do grapefruit, berries in the summer, and tropical fruits--pineapple and mango.

What about you?

At least 1 serving a day - a nectarine, some cantaloupe or berries.

I do end up eating more veggies, though. Probably about 4-5 servings.

The only fruits I eat are mangos, grapes, bananas, and cherries. So if I have all 4 in my house I would eat all of them the same day.

While at school, I'll eat a banana in the morning with a bowl of cereal. I also have a bag of clementines in the fridge right now that I have to break into.

I eat more while at home because we usually have strawberries, grapes, apples, etc. in the fridge at any given time.

About 4 pieces a day.

My breakfast shake has blue berries, a banana and maybe a peach. I put spinach in there as well as a vegan based protien and other goodies like almond butter and coconut milk.

2-4 servings a day.

Bananas, peaches, grapes, watermelon, pineapple, cantaloupe, oranges, honey dew.

1 or 2

usually start the day with a Banana and end the night with Apple

if available during the day; Pineapple, grapes grapes and grapes

Quite a few . I often have a fruit salad for breakfast, and then I also eat random stuff during the day like apples or bananas. Love dem fruits <3

usually 3-4 (breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner.) bananas and apples year round, the other fruits depend on what's seasonally available

I eat at least one banana on most days and also quite a few cranberries (but I wouldn't count these as individual fruit) so maybe ~2?

I am terrible about eating fruit. I do not get enough actual fruits and vegetables. I enjoy yogurt, which has fruit particles in it, but I wouldn't actually count that as a serving. As for eating fruit by itself, such as an apple or banana, it almost never happens.

I have been seriously considering putting forth a greater effort regarding this, actually. I'm moving into a new home in a few weeks, and while it might seem unrelated, I think a few lifestyle changes are in order at the same time, with healthier eating being chief among them.

Literally all I eat is fruit and vegetables. It sucks sometimes when they aren't on sale though and I end up paying a lot more.

I skip some days then eat a bunch on other days.
Fruit is tasty, shame most supermarket fruit was picked underripe and misses the proper smell and flavor

6 or 7 per day. I don't know I don't keep track.

I start with a breakfast of at least two fruits, cut in small pieces in a bowl with yoghurt and muesli. Delicious!

None, it's just vitamins, sugar, and fiber. I can get the vitamins and fiber elsewhere without the sugar.

Berries are lower in sugar and have great antioxidant coverage. Also the fact that you're eating whole fruit, with fiber, makes the sugar less damaging.
