Well, outside of KI: Uprising and Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon (both of which look so limited by the 3DS; the former with its....'unique' controls and the latter potentially being amazing looking on a stronger console), I don't see the need for Nintendo to bring over there 3DS library to Wii U.
I mean, they care about there platforms having an identity and value unique to them, and that can only happen if exclusive games on 3DS that really use it stay, well exclusives

. Stuff like Mario 3D Land really uses the 3DS features in unique and creative ways (I think; don't own a 3DS or this game, but it is the only one that looks to really take advantage of the 3DS features of the system

) and seeing stuff like that be forced to migrate to the more powerful and/or successful console irks me a bit (*cough*Tearaway Unfolded*cough*).
Granted, some 3DS games could work really well on Wii U. As mentioned before both KI: Uprising and LM: Dark Moon seem to be a natural fit on Wii U. The former can really, really leverage from the Wii U's support for Wiimote+ aiming controls and the higher power could really make that world look amazing while the latter game can use all the same features the original had (map on bottom screen for example) with the GamePad alongside the stronger hardware really making that haunting mansions all the more impressive looking

. We saw stuff like this already from 3rd parties (Capcom's MH3U and RE:R both use the Wii U well alongside Konami and WB porting over there handheld games (Castlevanna and Batman Blackgate) to PS3/360/PC) and those ports/remasters did a solid job using the stronger hardware well.
I don't want Nintendo to go port happy....we saw what will happen to a platform that has its exclusives yanked from it (Tearaway and what is very likely to happen, Gravity Rush and its sequel) X(. Still, some times it can work, so I hope Nintendo does this with the more demanding or best fit games down the line

.
