Can't wait!

Season 2 better be a hell of a step up from the beginning of the first. Hopefully I will be blown away.

Season one might be the best debut season for a super hero comic book show ever. BRING ON SEASON 2. BRING ON A CROSSOVER EPISODE WITH ROCKET RACCOON!!!

Very nice OT! I'm pretty psyched for this. Let's see which show Agents of SHIELD really is. The first half or season one, or the second half!

You're on fire today, Odd.

Another great OT.

Oddly hyped for this, mainly because the midway finale means we get Agent Peggy Carter and lots of the gorgeous Hayley Atwell.

Bring it in.

Great OP!

Missing some Skymmons though :P

Any info on UK air dates? Channel 4 was great last year, showing it a couple of days after US broadcast date. But haven't heard anything yet.

I fought for those two guards to be remembered. May they rest in piece.

Think I'll give this show a second chance this season, since I enjoyed Winter Soldier.

Nice OT. Loving these uniform designs.

I'm in for Season 2 for better or worse.

...also, never forget.

R.I.P

Debating whether to quickly marathon S1 because I only watched it while it all aired and then some of the post WS episodes a couple times, and I remember liking the first episode but can't remember why. Hopefully S2's first episode is just as good.

I'm curious how the Avengers, or rather the absence thereof, will be addressed in S2, since they've apparently been operating as a team again for at least a few months when AoU opens.

Let's hope the season continues the upward climb of the end of last season. The post TWS stuff was good but it still has a long way to go to being something really great.

The team will have their hands full rebuilding/stamping out Hydra. Can't see there being more than a passing mention of the Avengers as always.

I vaguely remember reading it was a ratings disaster for them. If true, don't expect them to treat the show with respect.

Late night slot at best with them airing it weeks after it airs in the US.

Haha... not even close. CW put NBC to shame with Arrow, and still does.

However SHIELD did slightly correct itself towards the end and I was glad I started watching it again (never did go back to watch the 5-10 episodes I missed in the middle).

I will say if they somehow redeem Ward and make him a good guy again, I'm done with the show. He is too far gone to fix what he has done. I hope the show sticks with their guns and keeps him evil.

Great OT, Odd.

Once more time, with feeling:

Marvel.com: When you had that conversation with the producers, what was their pitch to you?

Patrick Brennan: This is the way they explained it to me: This guy, Marcus Daniels, a.k.a. Blackout, was shrouded in darkness, his soul, everything about him was shrouded in darkness until he comes across this Cello player. And the music was the only light that came into his soul, and it gave him hope and it gave him some sense of what light was. I thought to myself, oh my god, you don’t even need to explain anything else. Because music, to me, is what gets me through most of the time. My kids, my wife, and music. That aspect of it totally intrigued me. I thought that was quite beautiful and very interesting, that aspect of the character.

You mean ABC.

Oh you.

Well, I'll watch the premiere at least. My friend said it really picked up the last few episodes so I guess I'll give it one more try.

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't looking forward to season 2. Not my favorite show by a long shot, but its definitely entertaining. More Skye plz.

I really hope this season turns things around and wins back the legions of naysayers. I hate how dismissive the general public is of the show, even after the uptick in quality at the end of the first season.

Loving those OTs, OddOne.
Still haven't started Agents of Shield, but I'll do it shortly. Will watch Agent Carter though.
