I'm the same, it dragged on for far too long and the story was ridiculous, it's a shame really as both me and my missus loved that show.

Got around to watching this. Dammit my wife and I were pissed but I hear the actor is getting into writing and directing. I then looked up the movies he's already written my mind was blown, good for him.

Yes and yes. It's really not that great and probably should have ended a few years ago but the wife and I still get some enjoyment out of it.
