Which fits Ni no Kuni to the T considering that Ni no Kuni smashed the ever living fuck outta WKC 1/2 in terms of commercial success and critical score.

Probably not, but basing a story during the Wizard Wars would fit hit epic scale comment. That looked and seemed like a big deal based on what was mentioned in the original.

What were its expectation? Last I heard, the IP barely sold over 1 million (ps3 and DS combined).
