The growing Taipei Game Show has become a relevant showcase for the PlayStation brand, and Sony Computer Entertainment Japan and Asia announced with a press release a rich line-up of stage events that will feature PlayStation games.

Among the developers hosting the stage events, there will be some well known names: Hideo Kojima will bring information on Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain.

January 31st
11:00 AM – Dragon Quest Heroes
1:00 PM – Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain (time refer to the local time zone)
3:30 PM – Street Fighter V/Monster Hunter Frontier G

this, every single time there's even a hint (and in many cases a lack of one) about any new mgsv information it's always "OMG NEW STORY TRAILER AND RELEASE DATE CONFIRMED BY KOJIMA" levels of stupidity

i think we'll possibly see a new gameplay trailer, but no release date. the date is coming though, but i think it'll just come as a press release.

What's with these 'release date?' thread titles? Just post what is announced and people can speculate for themselves.

With it being 1hr long I'd expect some new trailer or gameplay shown, but there's no hint of any date announcement.
