Don't get me wrong, I grew up on eggs. omelettes, sunny side up, scrambled, boiled, you name it. However, the past few years I noticed that I get very nauseous when I consume eggs, to the point of making several trips to the bathroom thinking I'm gonna barf. I never did, but the nausea got so bad to the point of getting nauseous just by the smell of cooked eggs. Which is sad, since eggs are cheap and nutritious.

Thanos acquires the fully powered Infinity Gauntlet in The Avengers: Infinity War, but loses when all the superheroes team up together to stop him.
Go see a doctor.

Eggs for me are just a functional food, I don't really enjoy them, especially not the smell. I can eat them, though. If I really don't feel like tasting them I'll often just make an egg sandwich.

I don't care for them either. I think I made a thread about it once, actually. They gross me out, even though I used to like them. I think I start thinking about what eggs are and it grosses me out further. I can handle them in baked goods, though.

I can't tolerate large amounts of eggs. Makes me feel nauseous. French toast is great though.

Same boat. I hate too many eggs or having them on their own. With bread, or INFUSED with it, like French Toast or whatever else, is perfectly fine and very tasty.

I don't like eggs either, eating them makes me want to throw up. There is one restaurant that I love their eggs though and look forward to eating them every time. Its a bit strange.

I didn't eat eggs for 18 years, then i climbed a mountain for charity and in the morning it was eat eggs or climb the rest of the mountain hungry.
I ate the fucking eggs.

I don't like straight up eggs. Eggs with other things? I'm alright with.

Eggs Benedict, fried eggs on toast, omelette with cheese, ham, and peppers? Great.

Straight up hard boiled egg? Ew. Scrambled eggs with nothing? Yuck.

I find eggs delicious, but sometimes I feel like I'm about the have a hard attack after eating hard-boiled eggs.

I'm with you OP, fuck them shits entirely. I add eggs yolk to protein shakes but outside of that fuck them entirely. My protein shake is the nastiest shake ever by the way but I'll save that for another post.

I was the opposite. Eggs used to make me gag, but now I love them.

Runny eggs are meh with me though :B I can deal, sometimes.

I only like eggs on a burger or a biscut with bacon or sausage & cheese. I physically cannot bring myself to eat them by themselves.

My mom made me some runny half cooked eggs when I was younger, since then I have a gag reflex with 'wet/slick' eggs and will barf.

I love eggs tho, but one bad experience can last a lifetime

Never liked eggs. Doesn't matter how they're made, the texture and the fact I can't taste anything when I eat them (they have zero taste to me) makes me feel like I'm eating some kind of rubbery toy.

...however it sounds like you may have grown to have a bit of an allergy to eggs. May want to consult your doctor.

Eggs and cheese are the two things I would miss most if I went vegan. I wouldn't miss meat as much.

Only time I won't enjoy an egg is if the white isn't cooked. Nothing worse than a snotty egg.

I love eggs but unfortunately I have an egg allergy. It was really bad as a kid and I've grown out of it a bit but they still cause problems for me.

Well of course The Butter Battle Book is the nuclear option. I didn't think you'd go all the way to the top in one step. You're no fun at all :p

Well, glad we can agree on that.

And nice double entendre with "nuclear option."

500 Hats > Oobleck

As good as Oobleck is, I can agree with this as well.

Side note, the college I got my Master's from is in the same town Dr. Seuss was born in/grew up in. Right around the corner from Mulberry Street :þ

Lenny: While it has been established that eggs contain cholesterol, it has not yet been proven conclusively that they actually raise the level of serum cholesterol in the human blood stream.

Homer: So one of those Egg Council creeps got to you too, huh?

Lenny: Aw, you've got it all wrong, Homer. It's not like that. (indicates to someone off-screen - a man in an egg costume runs away)

Homer: You'd better run, egg!

They're delicious, I could put a poached egg or runny egg on everything I eat.

Eggs are extremely versatile as an ingredient, make something like a pancake or pasta and you don't really taste them but they add a great flavor and dimension to the dsh.
