this might be out of reach but any help will be appreciated.

Due to my faulty wires my PS4 Shutdown when my character was resurrected. My saved data was corrupted. I made a new character and tried to load my previous file but my other character wasn't even there only the new one. Any idea or I have to start over again?

I did the Make Contact thing and I never got anything :(

Hold it for awhile. Took 20/30 seconds for me.

Cloud saves.

Totally worked, thanks!

Nice! I think a lot of the multiplayer issues are being overblown because of BB launching right as 2.50 launched and people are encountering this bug. I think it should still work a lot faster when playing with friends but I'm able to consistently get summoned/invade random people when not using a password.

Suspend/Resume has been rumored to cause issues with summoning and other aspects of online play with Bloodborne. A lot of people have trouble viewing gravestones after resuming.

Standing near the lantern works best for summoning.

Even with a unique password that only a friend and I use, it still can take awhile.

We've found that ringing the small best first, waiting for it to say Searching and then ringing the regular bell gets us into each others games very fast.

Standing still and near the same area is also a plus.

There are two areas where you might be invaded without ringing your bell. You will know when you get there.

The thing is I think I've gotten there already :p

Could be wrong though.
Nightmare Frontier and Hidden Village? Just cleared the former and am about halfway through the latter (I think)

Invading sucks. They (From) probably killed it in this game. You only get 5000 echoes and 1 insight, lol.

Once I beat the game I want to make a new character and try to get the magic stuff at the lowest level possible so I can fuck up new players lol. Should be fun.

13 Hours it took to for me to 100% everything except for Chalice Dungeons, on my second playthrough now... And I took it slowly. So it's not a very long and hard game when you have played through it once. But I did die more on bosses now than the first playthrough tough. First time I only died twice on bosses total now like 10 times.

Had a good 1 on 1 pvp. I lost, but it was fun. I was using Stake Driver and he was uding Blades of Mercy. No one used vial which is what I wanted to see.

Yea, I wasted 2 insight trying to summon people now, they should give it back if it fails IMO. I just wanna kill BSB!

I know the S&R feature causes issues but even before that was out, I was never able to connect to anything with the password. Try to summon people without the password. Most of the time they are really helpful.
Try throwing Pungent Blood Cocktails. The BSB should be attracted towards it so this will give you time to attack from behind.

Yup, Always ring near the lantern. It gives the best chance, in my experience.

What's your level? I'm around 54, if you're somewhere in range you can set a password and try summoning me if you wish.

Edit: Oh, I see you're having trouble with your friends. I hear you, I was having the same problems yesterday after successfully joining a friend upwards of 10 times, suddenly it stopped working.

Try raising your Insight up. Everything in general gets more aggressive and uses new moves.

Don't understand how people can 100 in 13 hours. I admit I'm taking my time but I'm 35 hours and still prob have another ten to go

So I can't summon against
Shadow of Yharnam
? Fuck's sake, I hate gank squad bosses so much. Patch this shit already, From.

I wasnt being able to summon no one near
Blood-Starved
. So when I unlocked the best shortcut I've summoned near the lamp and directed the co-op there. Maybe you should try it!

Just killed the dude on top of the tower with the gun. I'm having fun with it, although I can see it starting to get really grindy in terms of levelling up.

Almost beat R
om
on my first attempt and was wondering why it was so easy after all I've heard in this thread. Haven't gotten that close again on any attempt thereafter. Welp.

Low Insight playthrough, they spoiled themselves (there are some shit that are so obscure that it took me a while to find them), or they're just that good.

It's great that FROM have removed the 'lose 5% health when you die' again, that is the worst Souls mechanic apart from Soul Memory.

However, the move back to farmable health vials I'm not a particular fan of. The game shouldn't punish you for your determination. The inevitable farm is just added frustration to each death. There should be a minimum, like 7-8 and then you can boost that to 20, the vials not the minimum.

I finally went back and confronted the hairy and sparkly
Darkbeast Paarl
I couldn't understand how to fight it. It was just, too fast, too big, too wide in its attack, I could never go around and even less behind it.

Then it stroke me. If I can't go around, then I'll face it like a man. I charged heads down, went inside it's arc attack and I worked on it from under. Felt like a boss. It went down so easily after that, I couldn't believe it. Maybe the easiest boss so far in the end.

Guys, I want to get the Blades of Mercy up super fast, what's the best place to farm Twin Shards? I just beat R
om

Reposting cause we're moving quick.

Also what, The Doll
went immobile? I can still upgrade with her, but this is kind of unsettling.

Yo this game seems super hard too me. More hard then all the others I played ( DEmons' & Dark Souls). My bro logged on and helped me get past first boss. W/o him I think I'd spend 10 hrs extra in that area

Im using the Hunter Axe. Just upgrading VIT and RES and am not grinding at all, except when I co-op (so I collect more souls in the way). Until now I'm doing fine! Just beat the 3rd boss!

Are you using the gunshot parry? You'll need to git gud at that if you want to progress.

How do you do Co-op in Chalice Dungeons? Do both players already have to be in the same dungeon when you both ring the bells.

Share the dungeon and give your friend the Glyph Code so they can create it. Play multiplayer like normal.
