Isn't it based on a comic? I imagine the rights have defaulted to the comic creators or publisher.

I recently replayed these. Turok 1 is a rough diamond that is great. Turok 2 is terrible on many many levels.

I think Turok 2 was my favourite PC game for quite a long time. I loved it.

Disney migh still have the video game license but they are going to do fuck all with it. If they don#t have it the rights are probably just back at Dynamite Comics.

Yeah they're sitting back with the comic owner. Bish told us so last time and there's been no sort of announcement that someone has picked them up.

Yep. The rights now belong to DreamWorks Animation, which bought the previous IP holder, Classics Media, in 2012.

I'd be down for another Turok if they went back and stayed with the Dino hunting. The aliens kinda muddied the experience for me.

Imagine something in an open world like Far Cry but with Dinos.

There's the thing, someone wouldn't "milk" Turok because it's not a big name anymore. If it got the Shadow Warrior or Wolfenstein treatment it would be better than just a copied new IP.
