More like they prefer most Americans being off work and having time to get home for their conference. Rather then doing it during the day where'd they'd have to take off work, watch it during work, or just plain miss it.

Sweet, got the day off for the Monday which are the main conferences I want to watch. I do wish like every previous year that The Sony conference wasn't so late, means not getting to bed till like 5am by the time the days hype dies down enough that I can sleep.

The problem is you'd have to hover in that thread and not look at any of the threads in gaf beforehand to not be spoilered. Hell I'm thinking of avoiding GAF soon till the conferences just to avoid all the damn leaks this year.
